LaVilla School of the Arts is UNIQUE - students have the opportunity to fully express themselves through art. Community and parent support plays a critical role in our students education and the overall success of the Visual Art Program.

VA BOOSTER MISSION

Fine arts enrich and enhance our students as they prepare for the future. The LaVilla Visual Arts Boosters work to ensure that art needs and requests are taken care of for the benefit of our students and faculty. Fundraising efforts help fund art submissions, activities, events, and supplies not covered by general studio fees. We get involved so that students can have the best experience possible.

 

WHAT WE DO

The VA Booster Club is a group of LaVilla parents and patrons who volunteer our time and resources to enhance the Visual Arts program at LaVilla. We provide support in many ways, including the following:

• Communicate with arts teachers and staff to determine their needs and how we can best help to meet those needs.

• Organize volunteers as needed to support visual arts activities.

• Solicit, receive, manage and disburse funds to support the visual arts program.

 

Through your contributions, we can ensure funding for Visual Art and help LaVilla continue its history of creative excellence.
